We’ve been running IT for Houston-area businesses since 2001. A lot has changed in 25 years. What hasn’t: our clients still get a real person, real infrastructure, and real accountability.

Most MSPs you talk to are reselling someone else’s cloud, hiding behind a ticket system, and betting you won’t notice. That’s fine for some businesses. It’s not fine for ours — and it’s not fine for our clients.

We built Mako Logics around two ideas most MSPs skip. First: get close to the infrastructure. Our offices are inside the Westland Bunker — a real Tier III data center with biometric security, N+1 redundancy, and industrial-grade build. Your hardware lives in the same building as our engineers. When something breaks, the people fixing it can physically walk to it — not file a remote-hands ticket with some reseller.

Second: don’t treat clients like numbers. Our average client tenure is over 10 years. That’s not accidental. Fit matters more than size. We pick up the phone. We show up. If we’re not the right fit, we tell you.

Transportation Worker Identification Credential. TSA-issued, required for contractor access at many chemical plants, refineries, port terminals, and regulated industrial facilities. Our engineers clear the federal background check those facilities need, so we can be sponsored and on-site fast — not starting contractor vetting from scratch.

Education

College graduates — every engineer

Every engineer on the Mako technical team holds a degree. Not an entry-level help-desk pipeline and not a call-center escalation model. When you get someone on the phone, they have the educational background to match the certifications and the field experience.
