Elena leads Mako Logics as CEO, responsible for the direction of the business and the client relationships that have made Houston-area operators stay with us for more than a decade on average. Deep operator experience across managed services, infrastructure, and the compliance obligations our regulated clients carry.

Russell is the CIO and technical lead at Mako Logics. Twenty-five years inside the Houston-area IT market — the last several of them working out of the Westland Bunker Tier III data center. Handles the vCIO relationships, the deep technical decisions, and the Bunker partnership directly.

Steven runs day-to-day systems administration and support for Mako's managed clients. Houston-area native, ITT Technical Institute (2012–2014), experienced across the full managed-IT stack. TWIC®-credentialed for on-site work at chemical plants, refineries, and port-adjacent industrial facilities.

Zach handles frontline desktop support for Mako clients — workstation setup, user onboarding, day-to-day troubleshooting, and on-site visits across Houston metro. TWIC®-credentialed for on-site work at regulated industrial facilities.

Sebastien is a senior engineer on the Mako technical team — deep work on network architecture, infrastructure design, security configuration, and the hard-to-escalate issues that come up across the client book. TWIC®-credentialed; comfortable on-site at chemical plants, refineries, and port-adjacent facilities.

Todd leads Mako's network engineering work — Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti deployments, SD-WAN design, VLAN segmentation, dedicated-internet and fiber cutovers, and the carrier-side coordination that keeps Houston client sites online.
