How long does the assessment take?+
Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on org size. The interview phase is the slow part — we work around your team's calendar.
Do you have a recommended tool you're pushing?+
No. We use all the major platforms in-house every day — Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and several vertical tools — so our recommendations come from real hands-on experience, not a vendor relationship. We don't take spiffs.
What if the answer is ‘you're not ready'?+
We'll say so. A lot of orgs aren't ready for Copilot specifically because their SharePoint permissions are a mess (Copilot surfaces whatever the user has access to — including stuff they weren't supposed to). Different platforms have different readiness blockers. We tell you honestly which one, and we can clean it up first.
