Do we have to hire you for implementation after?+
No. Consulting is consulting — if we recommend a path, we'll give you the roadmap and you can execute it with anyone. Obviously we'd love to help, but there's no bundle.
How much does a typical engagement cost?+
Scope-dependent. Most engagements run 2-6 weeks with a fixed-fee quote based on the deliverables. We don't do hourly open-ended billing.
